Red Raspberry (Rubus idaeus ‘Heritage’)

A long-time favorite, you’ll be picking baskets of luscious, plump heart shaped raspberries from this ever-bearing variety.  A moderate crop will arrive midsummer followed by an abundant fall harvest lasting from August until frost. Clusters of white, rose-like flowers give way to sweet, juicy red fruits on 4-5’ sturdy canes that do not need staking. You only need one to produce fruit with this self-pollinating variety, but you may want more for eating fresh, making jam or freezing. Deciduous. Plant 24-36” apart.
