Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Weather & Seasonal Holds

To protect plant health, we may delay shipment due to extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, storms). These holds are applied at our discretion and do not qualify for cancellation once processing has begun.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged during transit, customers must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date with:

  • Photos of the package and contents

Approved claims will be resolved according to our Return & Refund Policy.
