We guarantee every product to be of the highest quality, true to name, packaged properly, shipped in appropriate seasonal condition, and to perform as advertised on The Perennial Farm Marketplace.

Because we are shipping live plant material, we are unable to accept returns; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via email – Info@PerennialFarmMarketplace.com – within 3 days of receiving your plant so that we may assist you with any issues.

In the unlikely event that your plant has arrived damaged due to carrier shipping errors, mishandling of packages, or other potential issues that are out of our control – contact us immediately and include images of damaged items so that we are able to issue replacement credit.

Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for the results of extreme weather, neglectful plant care, unforeseeable acts of nature, or ignorance of hardiness zone/growing conditions but we are happy to answer any questions you may have.

We guarantee that the plants you receive from Perennial Marketplace will be healthy and ready to plant and will be the named variety selected during order placement. Appropriate planting zones are indicated for each plant. Planting and care instructions will be sent with each order. We are unable to accept responsibility for loss or poor performance due to planting in an inappropriate zone, abnormal weather conditions, or lack of proper planting and care. Please do not hesitate to call or e-mail us if you have any questions or concerns.

We require full payment upon receipt of orders. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Please note that credit cards are billed at time of shipment. Your order may be boxed in more than one shipping carton. Shipping charges will apply to the whole order. No more than one gift certificate can be used per order

Prices and delivery charges are occasionally adjusted in accordance with the season. Marketplace prices are not valid on Retail Saturdays.

Sales tax is charged on orders delivered within the State of Maryland. As changes in internet laws regarding sales transaction occur, we may adjust taxes for other states.

All sales are final. We are sorry but we can not accept any returns.

All orders are shipped as soon as they are processed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service department immediately. Customer service information can be found below. Depending on the order, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on orders to cover the costs of credit card processing and labor costs involved.

We respect the privacy of each customer who purchases products from the Perennial Marketplace web site. We do not share or sell your e-mail address to outside companies or agencies.

We save personal information such as name, address, e-mail address and credit card information only as long as it is necessary to process orders.

Credit card information used during the process of placing orders on the Perennial Marketplace web site is protected by our secured network.

We ship plants in 4" plastic pots, Quart plastic pots and 1 Gallon Plastic Pots. Each plant will be well rooted out to the edge of the pot and will have seasonally appropriate foliage. Occasionally, we may be required to trim foliage for packing purposes. Orders are shipped UPS, which requires a street address for delivery. Please check that you have typed in the correct address and ZIP code. We cannot be responsible for delivery problems due to incorrect addresses or plants that have been delivered and left exposed to sun or cold for long periods of time.

We ship 12 months a year with limited delivery between November 1st and April 1st. During the winter months we ship only hardened off & dormant plants. Orders are processed within two days of when they are received, if possible, and provided they are able to be shipped that week. Orders place Friday-Sunday will ship out early the following week.

Agricultural regulations restrict our shipment of plants to the following Unites States & U.S. Territory: Arizona, Alaska California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Oregon, Washington State, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. We do not ship outside of the U.S
