From herb enthusiast Madalene Hill's garden in Arp, Texas, this substantial hardy rosemary has made its way to the mid-Atlantic surviving temperatures as low as 0 degrees. Dark green aromatic needle-like foliage is decorated with pale purple flowers in summer. 'Arp' can reach up to 3-6' over several seasons and is valuable used as a hedge or single specimen. Good drainage is a must.
