Surrounded by narrow sword-shape foliage, the handsome lavender-blue flowers with graceful falls and yellow and white throats appear on 36” tall stems in late spring to early summer.  The Siberian iris prefers moist, well-drained soil and will tolerate some drought once established.  Try with Paeonia ‘Sarah Bernhardt’ and Phlox ‘Daughter of Pearl’.  Plant 18" apart.
