A brilliant choice for the native hedgerow or mixed border! This selection of red chokeberry offers a lovely display of petite white flowers in spring, an amazing production of glossy red berries that appear in clusters in late summer and persist into winter, and bright red foliage in fall. More compact than the species, the vase-shaped foliage grows 6-8’ tall and 3-4’ wide. Birds enjoy the astringent berries after they have fermented. Humans need to add lots of sugar. Plant 48" apart.
