A native garden classic with a strong minty foliage fragrance, this June-August bloomer has big red, globe-shaped flower heads of tubular petals that are irresistible to bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. 'Jacob Cline' is the most mildew-resistant red Bee Balm known. It has fragrant foliage and grows to a height of 5'. It looks best planted in bold groups in the border. Try it with Shasta Daisies to emphasize that bold look.

Seasonal Plant Notice: During the colder months (typically November through March), many perennials naturally enter dormancy and may arrive with little to no visible foliage. This is a normal part of their growth cycle. If you have questions about a plant's current condition, please reach out using the contact form below.

We carefully schedule shipments to ensure your plants spend as little time in transit as possible. Most orders ship via UPS Monday through Wednesday, directly from our greenhouses. For nearby destinations, we may occasionally ship Thursday or Friday when delivery is expected before the weekend. Orders that would otherwise remain in transit over the weekend will be held until the following shipping week.

Each plant is carefully wrapped in protective brown paper and packed with excelsior wood wool, a biodegradable material made from thin fibers of aspen wood. This eco-friendly packaging helps keep your plants secure during transit while being kind to the environment.

★★★★★
Plant came exactly as described, and in beautiful condition. Everything was packaged well that no damage at all could have occurred during shipping! I've had it in the ground for about a month now, and it's growing beautifully. Can't wait to see it bloom!

These plants came packaged beautifully. Well prepped for delivery. Looked like they were just bought from the nursery. Have and will continue to purchase from this site again!

Plants died before I got planted

I didn’t have time plant them right away so watered them good in pots but 3 of them just died

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear three of your plants did not survive. We want all of our customers to have success with their plants and are always happy to help if concerns arise. Please feel free to reach out to us so we can learn more about what happened and see how we can help.

Plants Arrive Damaged

I contacted customer service, but got no response. The plants I purchased are showing signs of stress, such as browning leaf edges and potential white spots, which can be caused by spider mites or improper moisture levels.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your plants have not been performing as expected. We strive to respond promptly to customer questions and concerns and are always happy to help troubleshoot plant issues. We'd still be glad to assist if you're willing to reach back out to us with additional information.
