Dainty, dangling deep rose-red blooms appear on arching stems in mid to late spring and will continue through cooler summers or reappear in late summer.  8-12” tall bluish-green ferny foliage prefers humus-rich and moist soil. As a hybrid cross with D. eximia parentage, it is more heat tolerant for the mid-Atlantic. PP#20797.  Plant 18” apart.
