Tiny tubular white flowers in moon-shaped clusters open in early to mid-summer. The fragrant flowers attract butterflies and a host of other pollinators. Flower heads develop into hard round fruits that persist into winter. This dwarf buttonbush has an open, wide, mounded habit and grows 4’ tall and 4-5’ wide. Prefers moist, humus rich soil but is adaptable to many soil types. Plant 4' apart.
