Exceptionally hardy, this Rosemary has shown it can survive to 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Dark green needle-like foliage is shrub-like and very aromatic. Pale purple flowers may appear in summer to fall. 'Arp' can reach up to 3-6' over several seasons and is valuable used as a hedge or single specimen. Good drainage is a must.
