Bearded iris is one of the easier perennials to grow as it requires very little attention in the garden. Combine that with deer and rabbit resistance, and fresh and fragrant cut flowers and it becomes a must have garden staple. Large pale whitish-lavender flowers have ruffled petals and yellow beards. Blooms appear in spring and then again in early fall. Grows 32- 34" tall. Plant 24" apart.
