Ruffled peach double blooms create a compact, rounded form that requires no staking. Mildew-resistant foliage stays attractive all season long. Itoh peonies hybrid of herbaceous and tree peonies, Itoh develop shrub like branches and flower before herbaceous peonies. Blooms are produced on the previous year’s sturdy stems.
