    What are my shipping options?

    We ship all orders via UPS Mondays-Wednesdays. All orders will ship out via UPS Ground directly from our greenhouses. To preserve the freshness of your perennials, purchases made Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday.

    Will I be able to track my order?

    We ship via UPS. When your order ships out, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You will only receive this email if you’ve provided an email address.

    How will my plants be packed?

    All plants are carefully packed with brown paper and with a compostable wood material.

    How will my plants arrive?

    When received, your plants will be in seasonal condition with appropriate foliage. If shipped between November 1st and March 1st, the plants may be dormant. Plants are fully rooted in the pot ready for immediate planting and may be trimmed for shipping.

    Are there places that you don’t ship to?

    Due to state and country regulations, we cannot ship to the following places: AK, AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA, HI, Puerto Rico and anywhere outside the U.S.

    Can you hold my order until I’m ready to have it shipped?

    We are unable to hold an order for a specific delivery date. Once an order is placed our team works to get it out immediately to ensure that you get the best plants possible. We do not offer curbside pick-up at this time.

    How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

    Contact customer service immediately if you need to change or alter your order. We will work with you to best accommodate the change. We cannot alter orders that have already been shipped out.

    What is your return policy?

    We do not accept returns. We always want our customers to be satisfied and happy with their purchase, so if you have any questions or need assistance don’t hesitate to reach out, we would be happy to help! If you are unhappy with your plant, contact customer service.

    How do I use my Discount code?

    Once you are done shopping and ready to check out, proceed to the View Cart page. There you will find a section titled ‘Enter your discount code’.

    How do I use my gift certificate?

    Once you are done shopping and ready to check out, proceed to the View Cart page. There you will find a section titled ‘Enter your gift certificate code’. Only one gift certificate can be used per order.

    Are any of the plants you sell toxic?

    Does Perennial Farm use pesticides?

    No we do not!

    Can I visit your farm?

    If you are local to us, our farm is open to the public on Saturdays from 8am-4pm (March-October). On Saturdays, you are allowed to browse through the greenhouses and pick out your own plants! Please email us for more info on a Saturday visit.>
