We ship via UPS. When your order ships out, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You will only receive this email if you’ve provided an email address
Due to state and country regulations, we cannot ship to the following places: AK,AZ,CA,CO,ID,MT,NV,OR,UT,WA,HI, Puerto Rico and anywhere outside the U.S.
We are unable to hold an order for a specific delivery date. Once an order is placed our team works to get it out immediately to ensure that you get the best plants possible
Contact customer service immediately if you need to change or alter your order. We will work with you to best accommodate the change. We cannot alter orders that have already been shipped out
