Side by side with its cousin 'Jack Frost', 'Alexander' boasts much larger heart-shaped leaves that are covered in metallic silver with intricate dark green veins and a thin green margin.  Clumps grow 15-18" tall and 30" wide, accompanied by delicate (yes delicate) sky blue flowers in early spring.
