False Spirea

The spring foliage of 'Montgomery' is reddish-bronze tinted, turning to dark green as the season progresses. Dark red buds open to pinkish red plume-like flowers in midsummer. The 20" tall flowers spikes offer a nice contrast against the glossy foliage. Attracts butterflies and is a wonderful cut flower for fresh or dried arrangements.
