The plants are always well-packaged and arrive in excellent condition. During my most recent purchase, I ordered 13 Brilliance Autumn Ferns and 3 Tassle Ferns, which I am very pleased with. However, I made an error with the quantity of the Brilliance Autumn Ferns on my first order, which resulted in double the shipping cost (nearly $50 in total). I had to place a separate order a few days later to correct my mistake. This is the second time we’ve purchased these ferns. They come packed so good there are no broken stems. Each fern is good sized and all have lived once planted. I’ll buy other things from them in the future
