Aster novae-angliae 'Grape Crush' (New England Aster)

‘Grape Crush’ forms a huge 40" wide round mound of foliage that is covered with deeply saturated purple flowers in early fall.  Sturdy stems grow to 26-30" tall and remain upright through the fall.  Prefers evenly moist, rich soil. PPAF.  Plant 36" apart.  Photo courtesy of Walters Gardens, Inc.
